Married to Carol Patrick for 29 years. Father of two sons, Ethan & Micah. 30 years in law enforcement and in his fourth term as Sheriff of DeSoto Parish. Graduate of Logansport High School, FBI National Academy, and Wiley College-Major in Organization Management, Minor in Criminal Justice, FBI LEEDS (Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar) and National Sheriff's Institute. Member of National Sheriff's Association, and DeSoto Chamber of Commerce. Sponsor of the Sheriff's Youth Camp and Youth Sportsman's Shooting Team. Serves on the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission and Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement.

Married to Theresa Curry Womack of Logansport, has two step sons, five grandchildren, is a member of Faith Tabernacle Church of Mansfield and has lived in DeSoto Parish since 1982. Has 25 years law enforcement experience, POST Certified Graduate Bossier Parish Community College Criminal Institute in 1988. Has worked all aspects law enforcement including Patrol , Criminal Investigations, Narcotics, and was assigned to Criminal Investigations and Narcotics Unit the last 21 years. Has supervised the Tri-Parish Drug Task Force since 2005. Has been assigned to numerous local, state and federal task forces, is a member of the Louisiana Sheriff's Association, and Louisiana Narcotics Officer Association. Has been involved in over 2500 drug arrests and has over 500 hours continuing law enforcement training.

Married to Aletha Faye McDanie Reed and father of one son, Nicklus, and one daughter, Kimberly. Has been employed with the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office since 1982. Was a graduate of Mansfield High in 1978 and graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems in 1982. Promoted to Warden in 1992 and was promoted to current position in 2013. Was the organizer for DeSoto Sheriff Youth Camp and is a member of Friendship Baptist Church, Cavaller Men's Club, as well as The First Tee of Mansfield.

Life Long Resident of Logansport. Married to Rodger Cason, Jr., mother of two sons, Kyle and Keaton, and two step-daughters, Ashley and Amber. Member of the First United Methodist Church in Logansport and member of the choir. Employed by the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office for twelve years. Graduate of Logansport High School and POST Graduate of Shreveport Regional Training Academy's 54th Basic Class. Member of the Louisiana Sheriff's Association and a member of the LSA Insurance Advisory Board.
